When you make a ShapeShift transaction, your digital assets are sent over to ShapeShift and then ShapeShift converts your assets to send them back to your destination wallet.
If the resulted digital assets have not turned up, you have two options to determine the status of your exchange:
1. On the confirmation screen in your Jaxx Liberty wallet you had an order ID. Open a browser tab and paste this address followed by your order ID: https://shapeshift.io/#/status/

Check the status of the exchange. If you see anything else than completed, you'll need to reach out to ShapeShift to inquire about the issue.

2. Check the ShapeShift deposit address. If you didn't copy your ShapeShift Order ID from the Jaxx Liberty confirmation screen, you can still find out the status of your exchange by checking the address your initial assets were sent to.
Let's assume you wanted to convert BTC to DOGE. Go to your BTC wallet and look for the outgoing transaction from your ShapeShift exchange. Get the desposit address (the TO address) from that transaction.
Once you have the ShapeShift deposit address, open this link in your browser and paste that address after it: https://shapeshift.io/txstat/

Check the status of the exchange. If you see anything else than completed, you'll need to reach out to ShapeShift to inquire about the issue.

If the status of your ShapeShift shows up as completed, and you check the transaction confirmation URL, and all seems fine (e.g. confirmed) but the assets are not showing up in your Jaxx Legacy wallet, please reach out to our User Success team with any of the transaction confirmation links above, by clicking on the Submit a Request button in the top right corner of this page.
